The Song of Moses" is a 60-minute drama that chronicles the life of Moses through monologue and music. Set upon the top of Mt. Nebo, the play features Moses as he addresses the children of Israel for the last time. As he recalls the story of their journey, he reminds them of God's love and faithfulness. He also charges them to be faithful and obedient to God's Word and Covenant, and to carry out that legacy to their children. Some of the events that are recalled are the meeting with God at the burning bush, the parting of the Red Sea, and the giving of the Ten Commandments at Mt. Sinai. The play contains six original songs, and carries the story of the journey, as Moses recollects the major landmarks of his life.
