"Acts of the Apostles" presents the story of the early church through the characters of Luke, Peter, and Paul. Beginning with Christ's ascension and proceeding through memorable events, such as, the Day of Pentecost and Saul's conversion, the birth of the early church is presented. Most of the story is told by the Apostle Paul, as he recounts the missionary journeys, and as he defends himself before King Agrippa. The play ends with the command to "Go ye therefore and teach all nations," and encourages believers to share Christ with others.
